Do I need an account to buy?

Is checkout secure?

Yes. You pay on the secure checkout page of our payment processor, currently Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers, and we don’t store them.

Do prices include sales tax?

No. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Where sales tax applies, it’s calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you pay.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in your cart before you check out. You can use one code per order, and codes don’t apply to shipping.

How do I access my masterclass?

Right after payment, we email you an access link to the learning platform. Watch on a computer, tablet or phone, whenever it suits you.

How long do I have access?

For life: as long as we offer the masterclass, with updates included. You can watch every lesson as many times as you like.

How do live classes work?

Small groups meet on Zoom on fixed dates, listed on each class page in Pacific Time. Your seat is confirmed by email right after payment.

When do I get the Zoom link?

We email it 24 hours before each session, to the address you used at checkout.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and shared with the class, so you can catch up in your own time.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Turning your camera on makes the class livelier, but you can keep it off and ask your questions in the chat. Sessions are recorded, so keeping your camera off also keeps you out of the recording.

Can I cancel or change my seat?

You get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session. After that, you can move your seat to a later edition of the same class. See our Refund Policy.

How do I book my sessions?

After payment, we email you a booking link. Pick the times that suit you from your mentor’s calendar; each booking is confirmed by email.

How long are my sessions valid?

For 6 months from the purchase date. Sessions not used by then expire.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, at no cost, with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session canceled with less notice, or missed, counts as used.

Before your first session, send photos, rough measurements and a few lines about your garden and what you’d like to change. The more your mentor knows, the more you’ll get out of the call.

Where do you ship?

We ship printed books to street addresses in the United States only. Digital products arrive by email, wherever you are.

How much is shipping?

$9.95 per order, however many books you buy. It’s free when your order subtotal after discounts reaches $100.

How long does delivery take?

We ship within 1–2 business days by UPS, and delivery then takes 3–5 business days. We email you the tracking number when your parcel leaves. More in our Shipping Policy.

My book arrived damaged.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the book. We’ll send a new copy at no cost or refund you, your choice.

I made a mistake in my shipping address.

Email contact@gardensolutionss.com right away. If the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it; if it has, we’ll ask UPS to redirect it where possible.

Once we approve a refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in resalable condition. Email us before sending it back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.
